Our Offerings
At FKM you will always experience something new on the menu. As you know food costs are skyrocketing which may alter our prices but we realize this isn't ideal and therefore if lobster cost $30 a pound, we may run out and not have it until the prices drop again because that's CRAZY. Almost all of our menu items are made in house, Chef Tom takes the available ingredients and puts his culinary wizardry to work to offer you the most unique dishes for you to enjoy. Local fresh cuisine
Chef Tom's passion for cooking started as early as high school. After graduating from college with a business degree, Tom began traveling the world and studied culinary in Switzerland. From there he assisted in running businesses in Hawaii and then Sturgis before moving back to the Tri-State area to start "Divine Catering" an in-flight catering company. Tom owned and operated this business for almost twenty years then the pandemic hit and flights stopped going to Europe. It was the perfect time to get out and move his family to his favorite vacation spot, the Western Lakes Region in Maine.
